Clear the old parts off your shelves.
VHR buys obsolete and non-returnable Honda parts from dealers: aged bins, closeout lots and whole parts rooms. Send your inventory list and I’ll come back with an offer or a consignment plan.
What I buy
- Obsolete and discontinued parts that no longer move at the counter
- Non-returnable stock that’s past its return window
- New old stock in original bags and boxes, shelf wear and all
- Open packages and odd quantities left over from jobs and returns
- Whole parts rooms from dealers closing, selling or dropping a line
- Other brands too. Honda is the focus, but send the whole list
Two ways to sell
Not sure which fits? Send the list and I’ll tell you what makes sense for it.
Sell the lot
I make one offer on the parts. You take it, you get paid, and the parts leave your building.
Best when you want the space and the cash now.
Consign it
I photograph, list and ship the parts through VHR’s eBay store, and you get a share of each sale.
Best for big or high-value lots you’d rather not sell at a bulk price.
How it works
- Send your list
An export from your dealer management system is perfect. Part number, description and quantity on hand are what I need. No export? Use the template.
- Get an offer
I check the numbers against what riders and restorers are buying, then send an offer or a consignment plan.
- Pack it up
Smaller lots ship. For a whole parts room, we work out pickup or freight.
- Get paid
For the whole lot when you take an offer, or as parts sell on consignment.
Dealer questions
What condition do the parts need to be in?
New old stock in its original packaging is best, but open packages and shelf-worn boxes are fine. Used parts are worth sending too. Include a few photos.
How big a lot will you look at?
Anything from a few boxes of bins to an entire parts department.
Do you take parts from other brands?
Honda is the focus, but send the whole list. Parts for other motorcycle, ATV and UTV brands are worth a look.
What should the list include?
Part number, description and quantity on hand. Your cost and bin locations help but aren’t required. A spreadsheet or CSV in any layout works.
Is VHR connected to Honda?
No. VHR is an independent seller of used and new-old-stock parts and isn’t affiliated with Honda.
